Tom brings more than 25 years of general construction experience to the company. He has focused exclusively in the basement industry for the last 10 years. He is chiefly responsible for the day-to-day operations and personally visits each project site 3 to 4 times a week. Tom understands the importance of BLS’ commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. Tom leads the company through his strong work ethic and delivers 100% customer satisfaction.

Joe Larkin Principal

Joe brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience to the company. He manages and executes all sales and marketing aspects within Basement Living Systems. Joe strives to make each and every client a priority and is committed to transforming the client’s vision into reality.
